Each piece is handcrafted to order in London.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for production before your order is dispatched. If you require your piece sooner, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

United Kingdom

• InPost Locker or Shop (3-4 working days from dispatch) - £7.00

• InPost Home Delivery (4-5 working days from dispatch) - £8.00

• Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (24 hours or less from dispatch) - £9.95

International

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Insurance

All shipments are fully tracked and insured to the full value of your order until delivery.

Once your parcel has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the parcel passes to the recipient.

Returns

Each piece is handcrafted to order in your selected size.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
